Yes, however our team are here to advise on which plan may best suit you depending on your heating system and it’s general age and condition.

You can cancel any cover plan at any time. However, plans cancelled within 90 days of being taken out after a repair will incur an additional charge, depending on the type of repair you had.

No. With our Repair & Cover Plan service, we’ll endeavour to repair your fault asap. Once fixed, our team will discuss your cover plan options with you.

The cost of your repair, without taking out a cover plan afterwards, will depend on the work carried out. We can advise on an estimate over the telephone before you book in an engineer so you can make an informed decision before committing to a repair.

For total peace of mind, and a fixed price, take out a cover plan for a minimum of 90 days following your repair and pay nothing else.

Yes, for just £99, we will diagnose the issue and if no parts are required, fix your issue at no extra cost. If parts are needed, we will advise on a cost for these parts whilst ensuring the rest of the repair is included within this fixed price repair.

All repairs are guaranteed for 12 months and are carried out by qualified and registered engineers. Parts are covered by the manufacturers guarantee.
