Baxi reviews and customer satisfaction
According to Which? in a survey conducted in February 2024 Baxi boilers scored a high rate of satisfaction amongst customers, coming in at 74%.
85% of Baxi boiler owners said they were satisfied with their boiler and 40% of owners described themselves as ‘very satisfied’.
Although this is still a high score, it was slightly under the net satisfaction rate of 87%. However 87% of Baxi boiler owners said they would recommend their boiler.
On TrustPilot Baxi score a ‘Excellent’ 4.6/5 from a massive 57,568 reviews and 80% of those reviews gave them a 5 star rating.
