What’s included in an Air Source Heat Pump service and repair cover?
With this option, you’ll have access to all of our air source heat pump covers.
Every cover option includes both an annual service and repairs.
Annual Air Source Heat Pump Service
What is an Air Source Heat Pump?
An air source heat pump is a heat pump that is situated outside of a property; it uses the same vapor-compression refrigeration process and much of the same equipment as an air conditioning unit, but in the opposite direction. Warm air is captured from the air outside and used to heat water, which is then pumped around your property via pipework to your radiators.
What’s a Boiler?
Boilers heat water, which is distributed via pipes to heat radiators within your home. Boilers are fueled by gas, LPG or oil and are typically placed within the home. Most homes in the UK are heated via gas and we provide emergency cover for gas and LPG boilers, but not oil boilers.
Extend your cover with these optional add-ons, exclusive to Complete Cover plan customers.
Supplying and securing a temporary tarpaulin sheet in the event of extreme winds (in excess of 55mph) which have directly caused damage to the tiled pitched roof over your main residence resulting in water ingress.

Call Out Charge
The call out charge you pay is the amount per claim so no matter how many times an engineer visits for the same problem – you’ll only pay once!
However, if your claim is for a different issue, you’ll need to pay another call out charge.
Select ‘No call out charge‘ to remove this charge for every claim.
Please note: Oil boilers are not covered.
All landlord emergency cover plans include an annual landlord gas safety certificate.
