Q: I need a repair but I'm already a cover plan customer

If you are an active cover plan customer, first check if your plan covers the fault you are experiencing. If unsure, call us on 0333 034 6641 with your plan details and covered address to hand. If covered, and you selected a £0 call out plan, we'll come out and fix your fault as no extra cost. Simply call us to book in a repair visit.

Q: Do you guarantee repairs?

All repairs are guaranteed for 12 months and are carried out by qualified and registered engineers. Parts are covered by the manufacturers guarantee.

Q: Do you repair faults with Air Source Heat Pumps?

Yes, for just £99, we will diagnose the issue and if no parts are required, fix your issue at no extra cost. If parts are needed, we will advise on a cost for these parts whilst ensuring the rest of the repair is included within this fixed price repair.

Q: How much will we pay if we opt to just have the repair carried out?

The cost of your repair, without taking out a cover plan afterwards, will depend on the work carried out. We can advise on an estimate over the telephone before you book in an engineer so you can make an informed decision before committing to a repair. For total peace of mind, and a fixed price, take out a cover plan for a minimum of 90 days following your repair and pay nothing else.

Q: Do I need to take out a cover plan before you can fix my fault?

No. With our Repair & Cover Plan service, we'll endeavour to repair your fault asap. Once fixed, our team will discuss your cover plan options with you.

Q: Can I cancel my cover plan?

You can cancel any cover plan at any time. However, plans cancelled within 90 days of being taken out after a repair will incur an additional charge, depending on the type of repair you had.

Q: Can I choose the cover plan?

Yes, however our team are here to advise on which plan may best suit you depending on your heating system and it's general age and condition.

Q: I just want a repair, not a cover plan

This Repair & Cover Plan grants you access to our cheapest repair cost when you take out a cover plan afterwards. If you chose not to take out a cover plan, you may need to pay an additional charge depending on the repair.
