About Biasi
Biasi first started out in 1938 when Leopoldo Biasi opened a small thermomechanical business. Gas boilers were added to the company’s product portfolio in 1986 and their production facility in Italy now manufactures a wider range of residential boilers for around 40 markets across the globe.
In 1990 Biasi UK was formed to increase the brand’s presence throughout the UK and is now a leading supplier of heating products throughout the British Isles.
The company aims to provide high levels of quality in the products and services they provide and strive to continually innovate in order to bring new technology to their boilers.
Their goal is to create efficient and environmentally friendly products to the market through seeking innovative solutions to reducing energy consumption.
Since 2020, all plastic components, including packaging, have been replaced with eco friendly materials; giving way to the first 100% plastic-free boilers.

Customer Reviews and Satisfaction
Although they have been manufacturing boilers since the 1940’s, Biasi only established a UK presence in 1990. As a result they don’t have the same longevity in the UK market as some of the bigger boiler brands and so far have only received 524 reviews on Trustpilot.
That being said, they have a 3.9/5 “Great” rating and 65% of reviews are 5 star.
In the Which? February 2024 boiler survey, only 2% of people surveyed owned a Biasi boiler. However, respondents did give them a 4 star rating, with 68% of customers saying that they were satisfied with their Biasi boiler.
