Customer Reviews and Satisfaction
The number of customers in the UK who own a Viessmann boiler is still relatively small, however, according to the Which? February 2024 boiler survey, Viessmann boiler owners were fairly content with their products.
83% of Viessmann boiler owners reported that they were satisfied with their boiler (slightly under the average 87% satisfaction rate) and 83% of customers also said that they would recommend the brand to someone else.
And in 2021 their Vitodens combi boiler range won a Which? Best Buy award for the 4th time, having received high praise from both customers and heating engineers. The key factors in gaining them the award included “excellent reliability and customer satisfaction, as well as great build quality, and ease of repair and servicing”.
