1. Eligibility

The offer is available to new Emergency-Cover.com customers aged 18 or over who purchase an eligible plan between 9 September and 30 September 2026, inclusive.

The offer is available to eligible customers whether they purchase directly from Emergency-Cover.com or through a participating comparison website, including MoneySuperMarket, Go.Compare or Money.co.uk.

2. Eligible Plans

The offer applies to eligible Boiler Plans, Air Source Heat Pump Plans and Repair & Care Plans.

The promotional offer available will be shown to the customer at the time of purchase.

3. £30 Amazon Gift Voucher

Eligible customers will receive a £30 Amazon Gift Voucher following an eligible purchase, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

The voucher will be provided digitally by email within 31 days after the customer’s 14-day cooling-off period has ended, provided the plan remains active and has not been cancelled.

The voucher will be sent to the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

4. Repair & Care

For an eligible Repair & Care purchase:

• Boiler Repair & Care – £99 initial repair fee
• Air Source Heat Pump Repair & Care – £199 initial repair fee

The applicable repair fee must be paid before the repair is arranged.

Following the repair purchase, the customer will receive 12 months of cover, subject to the applicable Emergency-Cover.com plan Terms & Conditions, eligibility and exclusions.

The £99/£199 repair fee does not guarantee that every repair, part or fault will be covered.

5. Offer Conditions

The offer:

• Is available to new customers only.
• Is limited to one offer per customer.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other Emergency-Cover.com promotion or discount unless stated otherwise.
• Cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made before the Promotion Period.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
• Is subject to the customer completing the applicable 14-day cooling-off period and the plan remaining active and not being cancelled.
• The £30 Amazon Gift Voucher will be delivered digitally by email within 31 days after the customer’s 14-day cooling-off period has ended, subject to the customer remaining eligible for the offer.

6. General

Emergency-Cover.com reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer where reasonably necessary.

All purchases remain subject to the relevant Emergency-Cover.com plan Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
